I was able to obtain portion of the two competing bids - There were two bidders who submitted by the March 7, 2019, deadline. The bidders were NAI Miami and I3 Investments, LLC.

This proceeding arises out of Palmetto Bay receiving what is known as an "unsolicited bid" for a 5 story mixed use project that includes a parking garage for no less than 450 vehicles in the downtown Franjo Road area.
