Homeowners living adjacent to the C100 canal: It appears that the "grace period" has ended. New notices were delivered to affected homeowner on or about February 21, 2019. A friend of South Dade Updates (FOSDU) has provided me with the notification letter (see right). Please review the notice for official information.

The letter advises that work will be performed by a private contractor. "One Two Tree, Inc." is the listed contractor.
