UPDATE - Contract for sale regarding the FPL "Cutler Plantation" property - Option to purchase has been accepted by FPL

I am passing on the April 5 (2:26 PM) update from Village Manager Ed Silva regarding the FPL "Cutler Plantation" property. 

The Cutler plant situated on SW 152 street and SW 67 avenue has a option to purchase that’s been accepted by Florida Power and Light. The developer is Standard Pacific and the zoning lawyer for them contacted our offices today to discuss what the trend of Development for the area is. We did not disclose any numbers as no formal request have ever been made for this parcel of land, nor was this such request.

We will keep you informed as this continues to proceed.
