1 World Trade Center to top out Monday as tallest building in hemisphere, by Morgan Winsor, New York (CNN) -- Big news on Monday when construction crews at the World Trade Center site raise the final sections of a spire to the top of One World Trade Center. The completion of the spire, or topping out, will officially make the building the tallest in the Western Hemisphere, according to the site's management.
