This article was brought to my attention by Paul Schweip, Palmetto Bay resident, avid cyclist (including a cycling commuter). He has served as a member of the Charter Commission for Palmetto Bay. He also serves the Miami-Dade County Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee, serving a term as Chair, and is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Urban Environment League and The Stiltsville Trust. He was appointed to the Trust from Commission District 8.
