arrangements, May 13 at 7 p.m. "Flower Arranging Tropicals" is the
latest in a series of Responsible Gardening Workshops presented by
Palmetto Bay resident and Master Gardener Terri Stephen, in partnership
with the University of Florida/Miami-Dade County Extension. Learn about
