FPL has put the "Cutler Plantation" property back on the market. I am sharing this information here for you to review. This is the old Cutler Plant which as decommissioned a few years ago.

Should Palmetto Bay seek to buy this property for a park? Its a big number. FPL is currently seeking $60,000,000 - that is Sixty Million Dollars. Note this is only the asking price, I am sure the final sales price will be much lower.

how is it currently zoned? can it be sub-divided?
ReplyDeleteHas there been a DERM assessment of the toxic substances onsite and will FPL be held responsible?
ReplyDeleteAs long as we can make it a park and campaign promises are kept. Parks are valuable and desired by most VPB residents.
