OK, for those too lazy to click and read more, Pinecrest led the South Dade rebound with an increase of 0.97%. Cutler Bay had the best rebound from 2010 with a -0.61% drop South Miami was third with a -0.62% drop, and Palmetto Bay’s reduction in value is -1.28%.
