Here is an update taken from a private source, information taken from Velozia Air, which reports in its article NTSB CITES FUEL PLANNING BEHIND PALMETTO BAY FLORIDA PLANE CRASH, posted June 3rd, 2011, that the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) issued its probable cause report on the accident on March 16, which faulted the pilot in command. It is reported that the NTSB stated that the engine failed due to fuel exhaustion, caused by the pilot’s inadequate flight. (click the headline to view)
