The National Park Service is developing a general management plan (GMP) for Biscayne National Park http://www.parkplanning.nps.gov/projectHome.cfm?projectID=11168 .  The draft General Management Plan / Environmental Impact Statement for Biscayne National Park is now ready for public review.   The public comment period is open.  Have you viewed or participated in this process?
